The Attacking and Serving Clinic is designed to have quality reps in both attacking and serving while receiving constant feedback from our Skyline coaches. The attacking focuses will be having a more efficient and explosive approach, having a faster and more powerful arm-swing, and finding a way to score through various shot selections in both in-system and out-of-system situations. The serving focuses will be developing consistency and confidence through hand contact, toss, generation and transfer of power, and routine. We will define and refine three different types of serves: float, jump float, and jump top-spin. Registration is open to all current and prospective Skyline athletes. All athletes are split into groups based on age division and then adjusted according to skill level. All funds are non-refundable and non-transferable.
