The Setting Clinic is designed to have quality reps in both setting and defense while receiving constant feedback from our Skyline coaches. The setting focuses will be defining handwork and footwork, defining in-system and out-of-system set tempos, jump setting and emergency footwork, attacking, etc. Defense will include digging, floor moves, emergency techniques, and other defensive techniques. The serving focuses will be developing consistency and confidence through hand contact, toss, generation and transfer of power, and routine. We will define and refine three different types of serves: float, jump float, and jump top-spin. Registration is open to all current and prospective Skyline athletes. All athletes are split into groups based on age division and then adjusted according to skill level. All funds are non-refundable and non-transferable.
