At Inspire Volleyball club, these three words are at the focal point of our goals to grow the game and the athlete in our community.
We strive to make volleyball accessible to all levels by providing high quality programs and competitive teams.
We follow Gold Medal Squared keys and systems. From the offensive and defensive systems to practice formats, we strive to create an environment in our gym that sees mistakes as pathways to growth and improvement.

WHO CAN PLAY?
Inspire provides options for as many ages and levels of ability as possible. Our developmental leagues are perfect for those who are new to the sport or just want to increase their confidence in the game. We have 4 levels within our developmental groups: Beginner, Intermediate, Intermediate 2 and Advanced. Many of our athletes have worked through each level and gone on to make one of our competitive and elite teams.
High Level of Play:
Are you interested in playing volleyball at the collegiate level? Paying for higher education by playing the sport you love? Honing your skills with our exceptional coaches is a good start! We can help with skill building and provide resources and guidance into finding the right program for you after high school!
NEW FRIENDSHIPS:
Bringing athletes together with similar goals from various schools makes friendships. The relationships that have been formed through practice and team play will be friendships that last a lifetime. This past season we had athletes from Chugiak, South, East, Bartlett, Eagle River HS, Wasilla, Colony, Palmer, Mirror Lake MS, Gruening MS and Hanshew MS compete on our various teams.
Community Based and IVC Program Based Scholarships
IVC is a non-profit corporation. We believe that through sport, our youth athletes can learn valuable life lessons. Our mission is to empower our athletes to become productive members of our community! We understand that some athletes need some assistance financially. Thanks to our awesome community minded business' and our scholarship program, we are now offering scholarships to those athletes who apply.
