About
Joe Chaney is our director and has well over 20 years of coaching experience. Positively Charged began after Joe decided to start a club centered around positivity and growth.
Joe is married to Marcelle Chaney, who is the glue that holds this club together. They have two children and four grandchildren and love spending as much time with their family as possible.
The Chaney's started Positively Charged VBC because they are committed to providing athletes a positive and encouraging environment to succeed and grow.
PCVBC strives to have the best communication between the director, coaches, staff, players and their families. Our goal is to help these girls become outstanding young ladies on and off the court.
